Our company is a privately operated stock company, which was found in 1993. It is specialized in making tyre valves for cars and motorcycles. The company covers 50mu with more than 490 units/sets of precision work equipments and check-out facilities. The production process spans from forging and stamping, to heat treatment, to cutting the processing-belt awl pole hard alloy welding, to surface soften, to finished product precise processing, to implementation of unification confinement busywork. The company’s asset is 50 million (no loan), with a staff of 528. ���

 Through unceasing diligent development and innovation, the company now has already developed a yearly production of various types of tyre valves of about 20 million, including gasoline engine, the general mechanical series and so on for about more than 80 kinds. It has become the mainstay enterprise of the tyre valve field. ���

We have already obtained ISO9001(2000) quality system certification in 2001, and ISO/TS16949 quality certification in 2006. We have passed the assessment and survey of China Motorcycle Quality Inspection Station and the ChonQing Product Quality Supervision Bureau, and have become “Star of China” and “Fixed-point Enterprise” authoritatively announced by Bureau of Technical Supervision. We have provided products to many motorcycle groups such as Jianshe, Loncin, Zongshen, Lifan, Yin’gang, Jialing, Suzuki, and Dayang. Our products have still been exported to over ten countries, receiving constant trust and praise from the customers.
